Ground Breaking Ceremony - Electrolyser Manufacturing Facility

GH2 Solar marked a major milestone in India’s clean energy journey with the groundbreaking ceremony of its advanced Alkaline Electrolyser Manufacturing Facility in Madhya Pradesh. Inaugurated in the presence of Dr. Mohan Yadav, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, and Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, Speaker of MP Assembly, the project reflects a strong commitment towards strengthening India’s green hydrogen ecosystem.

With an initial manufacturing capacity of 105 MW, expandable up to 500 MW, the facility is being developed under the National Green Hydrogen Mission with strategic global technology collaboration from South Korea-based AHES. The project will also feature an integrated 3 GWh BESS manufacturing line, creating over 300 local employment opportunities while supporting India’s vision for clean energy self-reliance and sustainable industrial growth.

GH2 Solar & AHES Sign MoU for Alkaline Electrolyser Technology Partnership

GH2 Solar and Advanced Hydrogen Energy Solutions (AHES), South Korea, have entered into an exclusive joint venture to manufacture and market advanced Alkaline Electrolysers in India. As part of this collaboration, a ₹400 Crore manufacturing facility is being established near Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, strengthening India's green hydrogen manufacturing capabilities and self-reliance. The partnership combines global hydrogen technology expertise with India's renewable energy potential to deliver reliable, high-quality, and affordable electrolyser solutions that support the nation's clean energy transition.

GH2 Solar × AHES × KP Group — Strategic MoU for Green Ammonia Development

GH2 Solar signed a landmark MoU in South Korea with Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province, KPI Green Hydrogen & Ammonia, and Advanced Hydrogen Energy Solutions Co. Ltd. to accelerate the development of the green hydrogen ecosystem. The partnership focuses on technology exchange in water electrolysis and hydrogen infrastructure, joint development of large-scale green hydrogen projects, and expanding market opportunities across India and global regions. This collaboration reflects GH2 Solar's commitment to delivering integrated, commercially viable clean energy solutions and supporting India's vision of becoming a global green hydrogen hub.

India- Europe Dialogue on Green Hydrogen Corporation

International Conference on Green Hydrogen

GH2 Solar was proud to be a sponsor of the Europe–India Dialogue on Green Hydrogen Cooperation, held at the Shangri-La Hotel, New Delhi, as part of the International Conference on Green Hydrogen, India. MOU Signing with Andhra Pradesh Government

Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to establish a state-of-the-art Green Hydrogen production facility with an annual capacity of 10,500 metric tonnes. The proposed project involves an investment of approximately ₹1,300 crore and is expected to generate over 500 direct and 1,500 indirect employment opportunities.

This initiative aims to support India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission by accelerating industrial decarbonization, strengthening energy security, and advancing sustainable clean energy solutions. The project will also contribute towards positioning Andhra Pradesh as a key hub for future-ready green industries and clean energy innovation.

High-Level Roundtable on India–Japan Collaboration

 High-level Roundtable: India–Japan Collaboration on Decarbonisation in Heavy Industry and Transport, hosted by the Pahlé India Foundation (PIF)

GH2 Solar participated in India Energy Week 2026, one of India’s leading energy platforms bringing together global industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers to drive the future of sustainable energy. During the event, GH2 Solar showcased its capabilities across the green hydrogen value chain, including green hydrogen development, electrolyzer manufacturing, hydrogen refueling stations, green ammonia, and green methanol solutions.

MOU Signing with Mormugao Port Authority Goa

GH2 Solar signed a strategic MoU with Mormugao Port Authority (MPA), Goa, under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, to transform Mormugao Port into a Green Hydrogen Hub. The partnership includes feasibility studies and future implementation of green hydrogen, green ammonia, green methanol, bunkering infrastructure, renewable energy integration, CCUS, and port decarbonization initiatives.

Positioned along India’s western coastline, Mormugao Port has the potential to become a key gateway for green fuel exports to Europe and the Middle East, supporting the global transition towards sustainable maritime shipping.

MOU Signing with Deendayal Kandla Port

We are proud to announce that GH2 Solar has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Deendayal Port Authority, Kandla.
This collaboration marks a significant step toward conducting a joint feasibility study and developing a comprehensive strategic roadmap
for the export of liquid green hydrogen from Kandla Port to European markets paving the way for real-world project implementation.

Together, we aim to unlock new opportunities for India’s green hydrogen ambitions while strengthening Kandla’s position as a future-ready and sustainable maritime hub.
