Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead green hydrogen projects, manage process design, P&ID development, and support commissioning and tendering activities for electrolysis plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the project as process lead for all process related activities and main point of contact for customer / stakeholder / vendor.
- Leading in Tender/proposal preparation and provision of technical documentation based upon customer specifications.
- Responsible for design and maintenance of P&ID diagrams as well as associated data sheets, component and instrumentation lists.
- Participating in pre-FEED and FEED activities.
- Development of operating concepts and support in the commissioning of electrolysis plants .
- Development of specifications for components and systems according to valid codes and standards
- Coordination of process engineering execution and interfaces with customers, subcontractors and internal experts of other engineering disciplines such as layout planning, electrical engineering, and automation
- Support of HAZOP and safety studies in cooperation with customer and safety experts
- Design and installation of test rigs and pilot plants for validation of next generation electrolyzer technology and advanced hydrogen solutions
Profile & Eligible Criteria
- Education: B. Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer.
- Experience: Must have at least 5-7 years of work experience in Green Hydrogen Projects.
- Must have experience in Process design/Tendering-Proposals/ Plant Installation & commissioning .

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and support our financing strategy across green energy, electrolyzer manufacturing, and hydrogen infrastructure development. The Vice President – Project & Corporate Finance will play a critical role in securing and structuring capital for project SPVs, fundraising at the corporate level, and executing strategic investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Finance & Structured Funding
- Lead structuring, modeling, and execution of project-level debt and equity raises across solar EPC, hydrogen production, and electrolyzer manufacturing.
- Engage with domestic and international lenders (PSBs, DFIs, multilateral agencies).
- Build robust financial models, DSCR, IRR, and capital stack scenarios for large infrastructure projects.
Corporate Finance & Fundraising
- Support corporate equity fundraising across private rounds and IPO.
- Collaborate with advisors, merchant bankers, and rating agencies.
- Monitor working capital needs, debt covenants, and internal capital allocation.
M&A and Strategic Transactions
- Assist in evaluating acquisition opportunities, JVs, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct due diligence, valuation, term sheet structuring, and deal closure.
Debt Syndication & Restructuring
- Drive term loan syndication, ECBs, green bonds, or hybrid financing mechanisms.
- Engage with banks, NBFCs, and credit rating agencies to optimize borrowing terms.
- Support refinancing or restructuring efforts for existing liabilities.
Investor & Stakeholder Management
- Lead interactions with investors, bankers, rating agencies, and advisors.
- Maintain up-to-date investor data rooms and manage due diligence workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred; Engineering background (bonus for infra sector)
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in project finance, M&A, or corporate finance
- Proven track record in raising capital for infra/energy sectors
- Deep understanding of infrastructure finance, SPV structures, financial modeling
Skills Required
- Strong financial modeling and deal structuring capability
- Solid understanding of energy sector dynamics (solar, hydrogen, green infra)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in fundraising lifecycle (Term Sheet → Due Diligence → Closure)

Job Description
As the Solar Project Execution Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of MW-sized ground-mounted solar projects with a focus on ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, efficient project management, and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing solar projects, including experience with right-of-way (ROW) issues, high-tension (HT) termination, and other key aspects of large-scale solar installations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the execution of ground-mounted solar projects.
- Coordinate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on local, state, and national regulations related to solar project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant permits, environmental requirements, and ROW specifications.
Site Management:
- Oversee the selection and preparation of project sites, taking into consideration factors such as topography, soil conditions, and environmental impact.
- Manage the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other components on the ground-mounted projects.
Supply Chain Management & Contract Management:
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the timely sourcing of materials and equipment required for project execution.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Quality Control:
- Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement safety protocols to minimize risks during project execution.
AC/DC Design review:
- Coordination with design team for AC/DC design & review, ensuring the efficient and safe connection of solar installations to the power grid.
- Ensuring the timely approval of design and project schedule
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing project execution team.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in the execution of 200+ MW-sized utility scale solar projects.
- In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, HT termination, and ROW issues.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and permitting processes & IS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
